Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Italian seasoning, onion, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly combined.
Lightly oil a 9x5-inch loaf pan, press the meat mixture into it, then turn it upside down onto a baking sheet or 9x13-inch pan to release the loaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer.
While it bakes, whisk together the ketchup and BBQ sauce for the glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the baked meatloaf, then return it to the oven for another 10–15 minutes until the glaze is caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
