- 12 oz feta cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- Kosher salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- whole-grain pita chips for serving
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on medium-high to beat together the feta, yogurt, softened cream cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until fluffy and well combined. Season with salt to your liking.
Stir in the chopped dill and crushed red pepper flakes until evenly mixed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the chopped cucumber, quartered cherry tomatoes, a sprinkle of fresh dill, and a final drizzle of olive oil.
Serve immediately with whole-grain pita chips alongside.
