Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • whole-grain pita chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on medium-high to beat together the feta, yogurt, softened cream cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until fluffy and well combined. Season with salt to your liking.
  • Stir in the chopped dill and crushed red pepper flakes until evenly mixed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the chopped cucumber, quartered cherry tomatoes, a sprinkle of fresh dill, and a final drizzle of olive oil.
  • Serve immediately with whole-grain pita chips alongside.
