First, unwrap seven of the eight Christmas Tree Cakes. Set the last one aside for later.
In a large bowl, combine the seven unwrapped cakes (broken into chunks), softened cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract.
Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend these ingredients until the mixture is wonderfully smooth and creamy. This helps keep it light!
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula until just combined. Don't overmix to keep it extra fluffy!

Just before serving, sprinkle generously with Christmas sprinkles. Finally, unwrap the remaining Christmas Tree Cake and place it whole in the center as a festive garnish.
