Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Small Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large can refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Cinnamon Rolls (with included Butter Cream Icing)
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls package. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  • Gently unroll each cinnamon roll dough into a long, flat strip. Using a spoon, spread about 3 tablespoons of the strawberry jam evenly along the dough strip.
  • Carefully roll each side of the jam-filled dough strip towards the center until they meet. Then, gently mold the dough to form a beautiful heart shape, making sure to pinch the bottom to create a sweet point.
  • Place your shaped cinnamon hearts on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring a little space between each for even baking. Bake according to the Pillsbury package directions until they are deliciously golden brown and cooked through.
  • While your cinnamon hearts are baking, take the butter cream icing provided in the can. In a small bowl, mix it with the remaining strawberry jam until you have a smooth, pink, and creamy frosting.
  • Once your cinnamon hearts are baked and slightly cooled, generously drizzle the strawberry buttercream icing over the top of each one. For that extra special Valentine's touch, sprinkle with festive Valentine's Day sprinkles if you wish! Serve warm and enjoy these loving treats!

Notes

These Love-Filled Cinnamon Hearts are a delightful treat, perfect for Valentine's Day or any special morning. The sprinkles are optional but add a lovely festive touch!
