Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, chopped onion, and garlic cloves. Drain excess fat.
Mix cooked beef with cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the meat mixture in a greased 9x13 dish. Top with cooked bacon and sliced pickles.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup of cheese; pour over the meat layer.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
