Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 pound Bacon roughly chopped
  • 1.5 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 0.5 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp No Sugar Added Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 Dill Pickle Chips sliced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, chopped onion, and garlic cloves. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix cooked beef with cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread the meat mixture in a greased 9x13 dish. Top with cooked bacon and sliced pickles.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup of cheese; pour over the meat layer.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
