Low Carb Cream Cheese Fudge

- 1/2 cup Butter salted
- 2 oz. Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Sweetener like Splenda or Stevia, to taste
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat.
Once melted, stir in the vanilla and sweetener until well combined.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and pour the chocolate mixture over it.
Blend with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased 6 x 8 pan, freeze until firm, and cut into squares.
