Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Butter salted
  • 2 oz. Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sweetener like Splenda or Stevia, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat.
  • Once melted, stir in the vanilla and sweetener until well combined.
  • In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and pour the chocolate mixture over it.
  • Blend with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 6 x 8 pan, freeze until firm, and cut into squares.
