Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup salted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Stevia or preferred sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Begin by melting butter and chocolate together over low heat until smooth.
  • Once melted, stir in vanilla and your chosen sweetener until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, place the softened cream cheese and pour the chocolate mixture over it.
  • Use a hand mixer to blend everything for about 2 minutes until creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 6x8-inch pan, then freeze until firm.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
