Instructions
Begin by melting butter and chocolate together over low heat until smooth.
Once melted, stir in vanilla and your chosen sweetener until well combined.
In a separate bowl, place the softened cream cheese and pour the chocolate mixture over it.
Use a hand mixer to blend everything for about 2 minutes until creamy.
Pour the mixture into a greased 6x8-inch pan, then freeze until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
