shredded mozzarella cheese

pastrami

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon the shredded mozzarella into 6 equal circles on the parchment, leaving space between them.
Bake for 6–8 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.
While the cheese bakes, mix the cream cheese, pastrami, ranch seasoning, and fresh dill in a bowl until well combined.
Take the tray out of the oven and let the cheese circles cool for 2 minutes — they should still be pliable.
Place a spoonful of the filling down the center of each cheese circle.
Gently roll the cheese over the filling to form a neat roll-up.
Let them cool completely on the tray — they’ll firm up as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
