Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook onions and peppers for 5-6 minutes until softened and fragrant. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, cook 7-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then add cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish. Layer torn provolone over beef, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
