Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Add diced bell peppers and sliced mushrooms; sauté until tender.
Layer half of the zucchini noodles in the dish, then add half of the meat mixture and half of the pizza sauce. Top with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
