  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar-Free Honey

  • Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it's nice and warm.
  • Take your bite-sized chicken pieces and generously sprinkle them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure each piece is well coated!
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken into the hot skillet. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is completely cooked through and has a lovely golden-brown sear on all sides. This typically takes about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter, minced garlic, and sugar-free honey directly into the skillet with the chicken.
  • Continue to gently sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring everything together. This allows the delicious garlic butter sauce to thicken slightly and beautifully coat every piece of chicken. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, flavorful meal!
