Instructions
Prepare the Oreos: Gently break the Oreo cookies into small, delightful chunks. You can simply use your hands; there's no need for a food processor!
Melt the Chocolate: Carefully melt the white chocolate chips according to the directions on their package. Stir frequently until the chocolate is wonderfully smooth and creamy.
Add Flavor and Color: Once melted, swiftly stir in the mint extract and green food coloring until it's evenly blended. Then, fold in all your broken Oreo pieces.
Set the Bark: Pour this vibrant mixture onto a baking sheet that you've lined with wax paper. Spread it out into an even layer. Place the pan into the freezer for about two hours, allowing the bark to firm up completely.
Break and Enjoy: Once solid, take the bark out of the freezer. Break it into irregular, delicious pieces and serve this quick, refreshing treat!
