Ingredients

  • 2 green apples, quartered and cored
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 32 sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
  • 2-3 strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 edible googly eyes per bite

Instructions

  • Cut a small wedge out of the center of each apple quarter to form an open mouth. Don't stress about precision — the filling will cover any mistakes.
  • Spread sunflower seed butter generously inside the cut-out gap.
  • Press 4 sunflower seeds along the top edge of the mouth to look like teeth.
  • Tuck one strawberry slice inside the mouth as a silly tongue.
  • Dab a tiny bit of sunflower butter on the back of each googly eye and stick it above the mouth.
  • Serve right away and watch everyone grin back at their monster snack!
