No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter divided (2 sticks)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries drained & patted dry

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs until moistened. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine the remaining butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and salt. Beat until fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes, then spread over the crust.
  • Slice the bananas and layer them over the cream cheese mixture, followed by the crushed pineapple. Top with Cool Whip, sprinkle with pecans, and add cherries on top.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 to 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
