Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the edges for easy lifting.
In a food processor, combine oats, almonds, raisins, and salt. Process until the mixture is finely ground and well mixed.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together. Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla.
Pour the warm peanut butter mixture into the food processor with the oat mixture. Process until everything sticks together and forms a dough.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using the back of a wet spoon to smooth the top.
For the glaze, whisk cocoa powder, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth and shiny.
Spread the chocolate glaze evenly over the pressed oat layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then lift out and cut into 20 bars. Store leftovers in the fridge.
