Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese 240g
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder 25g
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder 30g
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour 60g
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey 30ml
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips 40g

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, protein powder, and almond flour until smooth.
  • Stir in maple syrup or honey until evenly mixed.
  • Gently fold in mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about one tablespoon each, using your hands.
  • Arrange the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve chilled and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
