Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust 9-inch
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz or 153g
  • 1.5 cups eggnog
  • 2 cups thawed whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggnog and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Beat on high speed with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of the thawed whipped topping and 1/4 teaspoon of the ground nutmeg until everything is combined and the mixture is creamy.
  • Pour this delicious eggnog filling into your prepared graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly for a neat presentation.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg over the top of the pie.
  • Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 5 hours, or ideally overnight, until it's firm and ready to slice. Garnish with additional whipped topping and a dusting of nutmeg before serving, if desired.
