Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute
  • 6 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Molasses or Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1.5 cups Pecan Halves

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, cinnamon, powdered sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add melted butter and combine well.
  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined pan to form the crust.
  • In a pot, combine almond milk, sugar substitute, butter, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup; heat over medium.
  • Stir in xanthan gum and simmer until thickened.
  • Pour caramel over crust and top with pecans.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours until set.
  • Slice into bars and store in the freezer or fridge until serving.

Notes

Keep refrigerated or frozen. These bars are perfect for a keto snack or dessert.
