Instructions
Mix almond flour, cinnamon, powdered sweetener, and salt in a bowl.
Add melted butter and combine well.
Press the mixture into a parchment-lined pan to form the crust.
In a pot, combine almond milk, sugar substitute, butter, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup; heat over medium.
Stir in xanthan gum and simmer until thickened.
Pour caramel over crust and top with pecans.
Freeze for about 3 hours until set.
Slice into bars and store in the freezer or fridge until serving.
