Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/3 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, Swerve brown sugar substitute, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into evenly sized balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking, then freeze for 2 hours until they are nice and firm.
  • While your pumpkin balls are chilling, place the keto white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Once the pumpkin balls are firm, drizzle the melted white chocolate creatively over each one.
  • Return the decorated cake balls to the freezer briefly until the white chocolate has set. Then, they're ready to be enjoyed as a guilt-free treat!
