Add almond flour, pumpkin, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend thoroughly until well combined using a blender or immersion blender.
Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. Pour the batter into the pan, filling each about three-quarters full.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
While donuts bake, prepare the icing: combine coconut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 15-second intervals until smooth.
Once donuts are baked, let them cool slightly before icing. Dip each donut into the icing mixture or drizzle on top. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate to set the icing.
