  • 6 ears fresh sweet corn

Zesty Herb Butter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened (or use less / plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix softened butter, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley to create herb butter.
  • Peel back corn husks, remove silk, and fold husks back over corn.
  • Grill corn for 8–12 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  • Remove husks, spread herb butter over hot corn, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the herb butter sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
