Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 8 medium strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • sugar-free zero-carb whipped cream for topping
  • chopped nuts or toasted coconut flakes optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and gently slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix and unsweetened vanilla almond milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and fully combined.
  • Let the pudding mixture sit for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. If desired, whisk in a small amount of additional almond milk for a thinner consistency.
  • Divide one-quarter of the cheesecake pudding mixture among four glasses, jars, or bowls. Add sliced strawberries and blackberries. Repeat with another layer of pudding and berries if desired.
  • Top each jar with sugar-free whipped cream and garnish with chopped nuts or toasted coconut flakes, if desired. Serve immediately or chilled.

Notes

For a patriotic red, white, and blue theme, add a few fresh blueberries if desired. Chill before serving for the best texture.
