  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana cut into chunks and frozen overnight
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
  • cinnamon A few dashes
  • 2 ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • Gently add the 1 cup of whole milk, your pre-frozen banana chunks, 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, a few dashes of cinnamon, and the 2 ice cubes into your blender carafe.
  • Start blending on a low setting, then slowly increase the speed to high. If any ingredients cling to the sides, just pause and scrape them down to ensure everything mixes beautifully.
  • If your smoothie feels a little too thick, simply add an extra tablespoon of milk at a time until you reach your desired creamy texture. Continue blending until it's wonderfully frothy, smooth, and all the ice is fully incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy, satisfying treat!
