Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener or your favorite granular sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat briefly until melted and smooth, stirring well.
  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder until evenly mixed.
  • Add the eggs, vanilla extract, the melted peanut butter mixture, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix everything until just combined, then gently fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter evenly into 6 small ramekins or microwave-safe mugs. Microwave each mug cake for about 1 minute, or until it looks puffed and set. Enjoy warm!
