- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener or your favorite granular sweetener
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips sugar-free
Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat briefly until melted and smooth, stirring well.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder until evenly mixed.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, the melted peanut butter mixture, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix everything until just combined, then gently fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
