Start by lining an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 1 minute and set aside.
Place the graham crackers in a large zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of peanut butter with the melted butter, stirring until well mixed.
Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar, mixing until combined, then add the second cup and mix again.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick and moldable.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the lined pan, using a second piece of parchment paper to smooth it out.
In another bowl, combine the chocolate chips and ¼ cup of peanut butter, microwaving at half power and stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for 1.5 hours to chill.
Once set, lift the bars out using the parchment paper, score the top into squares, and cut along the lines.
Serve cold and enjoy!
