  • Martini glasses

Ingredients

For the Martinis

  • 4 oz Vodka (gluten-free option available)
  • 2 oz Kahlua (or your favorite coffee liqueur)
  • 3 oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled) or strong cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz Half & Half (use Nutpods or Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha creamer for a dairy-free version)
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract

For the Rim

  • Chocolate syrup (for rimming)
  • Crushed candy canes (for rimming)

For Garnish

  • 6 Espresso beans (for garnish)

Instructions

  • First, take two martini glasses and gently dip their rims into chocolate syrup to coat them nicely.
  • Next, carefully dip the chocolate-coated rims into the crushed candy canes, ensuring a fun, festive border. Set your glasses aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso (or cold brew), half & half, and the subtle hint of peppermint extract.
  • Secure the lid and shake the mixture vigorously for about 60 seconds. This ensures it's perfectly chilled and creates that lovely frothy top.
  • Divide the well-shaken cocktail evenly between your two prepared martini glasses. Garnish each drink with three espresso beans on top for an elegant touch.
