Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Warm Milk lukewarm
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Dry Yeast or ½ fresh cube
  • 450 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 400-500 ml Passata pureed tomatoes
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano to taste
  • 1 can Canned Tuna
  • 1-2 packs Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit covered for 10 minutes.
  • Combine flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture; knead into a smooth dough.
  • Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
  • Roll out dough on floured surface to fit a baking sheet; transfer to sheet.
  • Prepare tomato sauce and spread evenly over the dough.
  • Top with tuna and shredded mozzarella.
  • Brush the edges with olive oil.
  • Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
