Instructions
Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit covered for 10 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture; knead into a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
Roll out dough on floured surface to fit a baking sheet; transfer to sheet.
Prepare tomato sauce and spread evenly over the dough.
Top with tuna and shredded mozzarella.
Brush the edges with olive oil.
Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
