Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 34 Oreo cookies
  • 12 ounces orange candy melts
  • 17 pretzel sticks
  • 8 Watermelon Airheads candies (optional leaves)

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
  • Combine cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
  • Shape the mixture into one-tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared sheet.
  • Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Create pumpkin shapes by indenting the balls with a toothpick; freeze for 10 more minutes.
  • Cut small leaves from Airheads candies with scissors.
  • Melt orange candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  • Place on parchment paper.
  • Insert half a pretzel stick at the top for a stem and add a leaf with a toothpick if needed.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set before serving.
