  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oil or as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat. Drop large spoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle.
  • Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the bottoms are browned, another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm and enjoy!
