Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat. Drop large spoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle.
Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the bottoms are browned, another 3 to 5 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm and enjoy!
