  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown, whatever you prefer!)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for a healthier twist, use Greek yogurt or sour cream)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes (or cracker crumbs for a different crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Get Ready to Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish – no need for extra bowls!
  • Mix It Up: In that same baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, cooked rice, shredded cheese, and mayonnaise (or yogurt/sour cream). Stir everything together until it's well combined and evenly distributed.
  • Add the Topping: Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes evenly over the top of your casserole mixture.
  • A Touch of Richness: Drizzle the melted butter over the corn flake topping. This helps make it golden and crispy!
