8-ounce Ramekin
Oven or Air Fryer
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices pre-cooked bacon cooked until crispy and diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon diced bell pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lightly coat the inside of an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese and the diced crispy bacon evenly at the bottom of the prepared ramekin.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until they are well blended. Season with a dash of salt and pepper.
Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon in the ramekin. Top with the diced bell pepper. This is a great time to add any other healthy mix-ins you love, like spinach or mushrooms!
Carefully place the ramekin in your preheated oven or air fryer. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the egg is fully set and slightly golden. Let it cool just a bit before digging in!
