  • 8-ounce Ramekin
  • Oven or Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slices pre-cooked bacon cooked until crispy and diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon diced bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lightly coat the inside of an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese and the diced crispy bacon evenly at the bottom of the prepared ramekin.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until they are well blended. Season with a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Gently pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon in the ramekin. Top with the diced bell pepper. This is a great time to add any other healthy mix-ins you love, like spinach or mushrooms!
  • Carefully place the ramekin in your preheated oven or air fryer. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the egg is fully set and slightly golden. Let it cool just a bit before digging in!
