- 2 packages cream cheese 8-ounce, softened
- 2 cups blue cheese crumbles optional, can reduce for a milder taste
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast or 2 cans (12.5 oz each) drained, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce adjust to your spice preference
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 30-60 seconds until it's nice and soft and easy to stir.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded chicken. Stir until they are well blended.
Stir in the blue cheese crumbles (if using), shredded cheddar cheese, and Frank's Buffalo Wings Sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the creamy chicken mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish. For an extra touch, you can sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden brown on top.
Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving warm. For a healthier option, pair it with crisp celery sticks, carrot sticks, bell pepper slices, or cucumber slices instead of chips.
