Ingredients
  

Cream Mixture

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packages cream stabilizer
  • 3 packages vanilla sugar
  • 8 Raffaello roughly crushed for the cream
  • 300 g strawberries for the cream and decoration
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • milk for dipping the ladyfingers
  • desiccated coconut for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Whip the mascarpone, whipped cream, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form.
  • Slice the strawberries, roughly crush the Raffaello, and fold both into the cream.
  • Briefly dip the ladyfingers in milk.
  • Layer: ladyfingers – cream – ladyfingers – cream.
  • Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and decorate as desired.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
