Ingredients
  

  • 1 block light cream cheese softened (8 ounces)
  • 1 container marshmallow creme (7 ounces)
  • 1 box instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounces)
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 package Reese's Minis Unwrapped (7.6 ounces), roughly chopped and divided
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips divided
  • 1 container light whipped topping (8 ounces) (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 package King Size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (2.8 ounces), halved (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cream the Base: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to beat the softened light cream cheese and marshmallow creme until the mixture is completely smooth and wonderfully fluffy.
  • Add Peanut Butter: Gently mix in the natural creamy peanut butter until it's fully combined and the mixture is uniform.
  • Thicken & Flavor: With your mixer on a low speed, slowly sprinkle in the instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix. Gradually drizzle in the unsweetened almond milk until everything is well incorporated and the fluff begins to thicken.
  • Fold in Goodies: Using a rubber spatula, carefully fold in the thawed light whipped topping. Then, add about half of your chopped Reese's Minis and half of the dark chocolate chips, mixing just until evenly distributed.
  • Chill & Set: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the fluff for at least 2 hours. This chilling time helps it firm up and allows all the delicious flavors to meld perfectly.
  • Garnish & Serve: Once chilled, transfer the fluff to your favorite serving bowl. Top generously with the remaining Reese's Minis, dark chocolate chips, and the halved King Size Reese's cups. Serve with your favorite dippers like fruit slices or light graham crackers, or enjoy by the spoonful!
