Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 0.67 cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberries
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered keto-friendly sweetener use 2-3 tablespoons, adjust to taste
  • 1.5 cups crushed ice
  • 0.5 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a spacious bowl, gently whip the heavy cream together with the pure vanilla extract until it forms lovely stiff peaks. This creates the wonderfully creamy base!
  • Carefully spoon generous dollops of the whipped cream onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop it into the freezer until each dollop is perfectly firm, which usually takes about 3 hours.
  • Once your whipped cream dollops are frozen solid, gently peel them off the parchment paper and transfer them to a powerful blender.
  • Now, add the wholesome strawberries, the bright lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of your chosen powdered sweetener to the blender. Blend everything until you achieve a wonderfully smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Next, add the crushed ice and cold water to the mixture. Blend again until everything is thoroughly combined and perfectly frosty.
  • Give it a quick taste! If you prefer it a bit sweeter, feel free to add the remaining tablespoon of sweetener.
  • Pour this delightful, healthy drink into four glasses and serve immediately for ultimate refreshment!
