Ingredients
  

  • 20 ounces double stuffed Golden Oreos family-sized package
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6.8 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix two 3.4-ounce packages
  • 5 ½ cups heavy whipping cream divided
  • 1 cup key lime juice fresh or bottled
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 lime Zest of

Instructions
 

  • First, transform your Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Set aside 1 ½ cups of these delicious crumbs. Mix the remaining crumbs with the melted butter, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form your crust.
  • In a stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until it's wonderfully smooth. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and mix until well combined. Gradually add 1 cup of heavy cream, blending slowly, then add another 1 cup of heavy cream and mix gently. Finally, pour in the key lime juice and continue mixing slowly until the filling is perfectly smooth.
  • Spoon out and reserve ⅔ cup of this creamy lime mixture. Now, pour the larger remaining portion of the mixture evenly over your prepared Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle the 1 ½ cups of reserved Oreo crumbs over the cream cheese layer.
  • In your stand mixer (using the whisk attachment), combine the remaining 3 ½ cups of heavy cream and the powdered sugar. Whip the cream, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to medium, until it forms beautiful medium peaks. Set aside about ⅓ of this freshly whipped cream for the very top.
  • Gently fold the fresh lime zest and the remaining whipped cream into the ⅔ cup of reserved creamy lime mixture. Carefully spread this luscious blend over the Oreo crumb layer in your baking dish.
  • Spoon or pipe the last ⅓ of the whipped cream over the entire dessert, creating a soft, inviting cloud.
  • Place your Key Lime Pie Lush in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, allowing all the layers to set beautifully. Slice and serve this refreshing, easy-to-make dessert!
