Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces light rum (or your preferred clear spirit)
  • 2 ounces unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk for a lighter option)
  • 0.5 ounce coconut liqueur (like Malibu)
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative)
  • fresh rosemary sprigs a few
  • pure rosewater a few delicate spritzes

Instructions
 

  • Start by gently combining 1 ounce of your chosen coconut or almond milk with the honey in a cocktail shaker. Stir well until the honey is mostly dissolved.
  • Next, add a couple of fresh rosemary sprigs to the shaker. Gently muddle them into the milk mixture to release their wonderful aroma and flavor.
  • Then, pour in the remaining 1 ounce of coconut or almond milk, along with the light rum and coconut liqueur. Add a generous handful of ice to the shaker.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until everything is thoroughly chilled and perfectly mixed.
  • Strain this beautiful concoction into a chilled glass. Finish with a delicate spritz of rosewater over the top.
