Instructions
Drain the canned salmon and place it in a large bowl. Remove any large bones and mash it with a fork.
Combine the beaten egg, salmon, mustard powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, and seasonings, mixing gently until well combined.
Form the mixture into four equal patties.

Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor!
