Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Mix in taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, beef broth, Rotel, beans, and corn.
Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
