- 8 large eggs
- 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 medium green onions thinly sliced (white and light green parts only)
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
In a medium skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until it's fully cooked and no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes. Break up any large clumps with a spoon as it cooks. Once done, set it aside to cool slightly.
