Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 5 ounces lean pastrami finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Divide the shredded mozzarella into six equal circles (about 3 inches each) on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes, just until the edges are golden and slightly crisp. Keep a close eye on them to prevent over-browning!
  • While the cheese bakes, in a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, finely chopped pastrami, ranch seasoning, and fresh dill. Stir well until all the ingredients are perfectly blended and creamy.
  • Remove the cheesy wraps from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for just 2 minutes. They’ll be much easier to handle when slightly warm and pliable.
  • Spoon a generous line of your delicious pastrami cream cheese filling down the center of each warm cheese circle. Gently roll each cheese wrap around the filling, creating neat little bundles.
  • Let your roll-ups cool completely. As they cool, the cheese will firm up, holding everything together perfectly. Then, they're ready to serve and enjoy as a quick snack or light meal!
