  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, thoroughly mash your ripe banana until it's smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract. Crack in the large egg and whisk everything together until it's nicely combined and slightly frothy.
