Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper or Wax Paper
  • Microwave-safe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 24 thin pretzel sticks
  • 3.5 ounces white chocolate (or dark chocolate for a healthier option)
  • 2-3 tablespoons colorful sprinkles
  • 1-2 tablespoons star-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare Your Tray: Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • 2. Melt the Chocolate: Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each, until it's completely smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat it.
  • 3. Dip & Drip: Take one pretzel stick and dip about one-third of its length into the melted chocolate. Let any extra chocolate drip back into the bowl, then lay the dipped pretzel onto your prepared baking sheet.
  • 4. Repeat the Dip: Continue this process until all your pretzel sticks are coated with chocolate.
  • 5. Sprinkle Quickly: While the chocolate is still wet, quickly sprinkle the colorful sprinkles over the chocolate-coated ends of the pretzels.
  • 6. Add Stars: Gently press a few star-shaped sprinkles onto each pretzel for a beautiful, festive look.
  • 7. Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and completely set.
  • 8. Store & Enjoy: Once firm, carefully peel the sparklers from the paper. Store them in an airtight container in a cool place until you're ready to serve these delightful treats!
