Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and diced onion in a bowl and whisk well.
Place the steak in the crockpot, pour the sauce mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred or cut the meat into pieces. Return the meat to the crockpot and stir.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
