Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Flank Steak
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch 30 g
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 30 ml
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2.5 g
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 120 ml
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 150 g
  • Diced Onion 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 0.5 g

Instructions
 

  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and diced onion in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Place the steak in the crockpot, pour the sauce mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred or cut the meat into pieces. Return the meat to the crockpot and stir.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
