Cut the pork roast in half and place it in a 5-quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the beef broth, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 cup hot sauce. Pour this mixture over the pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until the meat is very tender and falls apart easily with a fork.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and discard the cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, molasses, mustard, remaining 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, and remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce. Pour this sauce over the shredded pork.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, until the pork is heated through and the sauce is well combined. Serve on whole wheat rolls for a hearty lunch box meal.
