Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole limes
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • ice cubes plenty of
  • 1 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish

  • First, grab your limes and cut them in half. Squeeze all that wonderful fresh juice directly into a pitcher or jug.
  • Next, gently tear your fresh mint leaves into smaller pieces to help release their refreshing aroma, then add them to the pitcher with the lime juice.
  • Stir in the agave syrup until it's well mixed with the lime and mint. This adds a lovely natural sweetness.
  • Fill your pitcher with a generous amount of ice cubes to keep everything perfectly chilled.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water, stirring very gently to combine all the flavors without losing the fizz.
  • Give it a quick taste! If you like it a bit sweeter, feel free to add another dash of agave syrup.
  • Before serving, gently crush a few extra mint leaves between your fingers – this releases their incredible scent.
