Instructions
Melt the Chocolate: Carefully melt the white chocolate according to the package directions. You can use a microwave safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth, or use a double boiler on the stovetop.
Dip the Cookies: Hold each Peanut Butter Oreo and dip half of the cookie into the melted white chocolate. Let any excess chocolate drip off gently.
Decorate with Glitter: Immediately place the dipped cookie onto a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper. While the chocolate is still wet, liberally sprinkle it with the edible gold glitter.
Allow to Set: Repeat with the remaining cookies. Let the cookies sit on the parchment paper for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
