Instructions
Melt the chocolate according to package directions.
Spoon 2–3 Tbsp melted chocolate into each cavity of a half-sphere silicone mold. Use a brush or spoon to coat evenly. Freeze 5 minutes.
Add a second thin layer of chocolate around the top edge of each mold. Freeze 3 more minutes.
Carefully pop the hardened shells out of the mold.
Warm a plate in the microwave for 1 minute. Gently rub the rim of one shell on the warm plate for a few seconds to soften.
Fill the shell with 2 Tbsp hot chocolate mix and ¼ cup mini marshmallows.
Soften the rim of another shell on the warm plate, then press it on top to seal. Smooth the seam with your finger. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set.
(Optional) Drizzle melted chocolate over the bomb and add Halloween sprinkles.
To serve: heat 1 cup milk in a mug for 90 seconds, drop in a cocoa bomb, stir until melted, and enjoy!
