Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (30 ml)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha (3 g)
  • 1 cup ice (240 ml)

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, simple syrup, and matcha in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously about 50 times.
  • To minimize clumps, sift the matcha into the shaker using a mesh strainer.
  • Pour the matcha latte over ice in a cup.
