- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (30 ml)
- 1 ½ teaspoons matcha (3 g)
- 1 cup ice (240 ml)
Combine milk, simple syrup, and matcha in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously about 50 times.
To minimize clumps, sift the matcha into the shaker using a mesh strainer.
Pour the matcha latte over ice in a cup.
