  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla, plain, or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries + 1 cup ice)
  • 1 cup apple juice (or orange juice, or milk of your choice)

Instructions
 

  • Start by slicing your ripe banana into chunks and dropping them into your blender. Follow with your Greek yogurt.
  • Next, add the frosty frozen strawberries and your choice of juice or milk.
  • Secure the lid and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the smoothie is wonderfully smooth and creamy.
